Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred time slot, but availability may vary based on workload and technician schedules. Hihisu reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible if changes are necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee.
All service estimates provided by Hihisu are approximations based on initial diagnostics and visual inspections. Final costs may vary if additional repairs or parts are required once work has commenced. We will contact you for authorization before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate by a significant amount.
Prices for parts and labour are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs or when ordering special parts.
Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received. If payment is not made within 30 days of service completion, Hihisu reserves the right to exercise a mechanic's lien on the vehicle in accordance with applicable laws.
Hihisu stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Labour performed by our certified technicians is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service. Parts installed are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by component and supplier. We will assist in processing warranty claims for defective parts.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, or modifications made after our service. Normal wear and tear items are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Hihisu is not responsible for items left in vehicles during service. While we take precautions to protect your property, we recommend removing all valuables before dropping off your vehicle.
Hihisu's liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information collected includes contact details, vehicle information, and service history. This data is used solely for providing services, maintaining records, and communicating with customers. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or for processing payments.
Hihisu reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
