Located at 45 Richmond Avenue in North London, Hihisu operates as a full-service garage handling routine maintenance and complex repairs. Our facility covers 850 square metres and contains eight service bays equipped with Bosch diagnostic systems and Hunter alignment equipment.
We service all makes and models, from compact city cars to commercial vans. Our team consists of nine technicians, each holding Level 3 qualifications from the Institute of the Motor Industry. Three specialists focus on diesel engines, two work primarily with hybrid systems, and four handle general repairs. This structure allows us to assign work based on actual expertise rather than availability.
The workshop uses OEM parts for warranty work and approved aftermarket components for older vehicles. We maintain direct accounts with Bosch, Mann+Hummel, and Sachs, ensuring parts arrive within 24 hours for most repairs. For less common models, we work with Euro Car Parts and their network of suppliers across the UK.
Our diagnostic process begins with a digital inspection using Bosch KTS systems, which connect to manufacturer databases for accurate fault code reading. This approach reduces guesswork and prevents unnecessary part replacement. After diagnosis, technicians provide a written estimate showing labour hours, parts costs, and VAT before starting any work.
Services range from MOT testing and brake replacement to timing belt changes and clutch repairs. We also handle air conditioning recharging, suspension work, and electrical diagnostics. For fleet operators, we offer scheduled maintenance contracts with priority booking and detailed service records.
The waiting area includes WiFi, coffee facilities, and a small workspace for those who need to work during service appointments. For longer jobs, we can arrange courtesy cars through our partnership with a local rental company, subject to availability and insurance requirements.
